Simple, Healthy and Quick Gift: Pistachio Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Bark
Dec 10, 2024One of my favorite gifts to give during the holidays to teachers, neighbors, bus drivers, etc. are homemade! But when we moved into our new house a few years ago we unfortunately found a house with the smallest oven I have ever seen! It has one rack and holds only a 12X9 baking sheet. Needless to say baking isn’t the most convenient thing for me, at least not until my dream kitchen with a double oven comes to life!
Due to this small oven situation I have had to find other ways to make yummy treats without baking and this is one of my faves and it is so simple, even if you burn anything and everything when you cook, you can handle making this Pistachio, Pomegranate Bark, I promise!
After they’re done place them in these adorable gift boxes and you are all set!
Not only does it come together in 15 minutes, it comes with loads of health benefits!
